Some Possible Goals For OpenJUMP
- A core that remains lightwieght and as simple as possible, pushing additional functionality into plug-ins whenever possible.
- OpenJUMP as an OSGeo Project.
- Shared data access framework with UDig/GeoTools and deegree.
- Tighter integration and cooperation with applicable portions of the deegree libraries.
