- [07th May 2008] Team member of the Month: The OpenJUMP team acknowledges Michael Michaud’s work on OpenJUMP. Since 2004 he contributes regularly new functions and plugins to OJ but has also fixed a number of bugs. He is also a member of the SIGLE team. Thank You!
- [07th May 2008] The DXF Plugin by Dante Fuster has been updated today (see here ). Features: reads closed polyline like polygon, read drawings, reads blocks with text in 2 features (point for text and point feature), reads polylines with text, and writes DXF (all layer).
- [6th Apr 2008] We are happy to announce the final OpenJUMP 1.2 version (Release F). We have done an number of bug fixes and added features such as file Drag & Drop, a realtime zoomtool and a new “Open”-Dialog. This version is also available as Windows setup. (Sorry, we are still working on specific MacOSX Install version)
- [24th Apr 2007] we just discovered the project Jump4Schools
– unfortunately the webpage is in german, but the person may also speak English if you have questions. ...and of course; we wish good luck with the project!

- We need You to help in webpage support and writing and updating user manuals.
