OpenJUMP can export a layer style in SLD (Styled layer description) format. To export a style choose on Menu bar>Layer menu Save style as SLD file
In the out put windows write down the name of the style layer adding also the .SLD suffix, eg. my layer.sld
OpenJUMP can import into a layer a style in SLD format. From Menu bar>Layer choose Import SLD style file function.
A wizard window opens where user can choose the type of import SLD (text or fill type)
OpenJUP can import SLD saved by other software like uDig and Kosmo.
